Becoming a Member
We, the Kunstverein Dresden, started in 2018 and have made it our mission to show and constructively engage with viewpoints of national and international contemporary art in Dresden. Our desire is to gain new perspectives on debates and discourses that are significant for society as a whole through current curatorial and artistic positions and to use them to negotiate relevant topics from Dresden.
In order to realize our plans, we need supporters who will work with us on our project: curious newcomers as well as experienced actors in the art field. From membership fees and donations to commitment and active participation - everyone can contribute to initiating and continuing a lively debate on contemporary art in Dresden.
Through their contribution, members support the development and continued existence of our young non-profit association and receive
invitations and information on all exhibitions and events,
future catalogs and publications of the Kunstverein at a reduced price and
the opportunity to purchase limited editions of nationally and internationally renowned artists.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES
Single membership: 40 Euro
Couple membership: 60 Euro
Reduced membership for pupils, trainees, students, job seekers, pensioners and artists: 20 Euro
individual from 200 Euro

We will of course issue you with a donation receipt, which you will need for the tax office for donations of 300 euros or more.

Contact us at the same time as you make your donation and send us your contact details so that we can issue you with a donation receipt immediately.
In order to benefit from a reduced membership, we ask you to submit a corresponding certificate together with your membership application.
Please note that membership is valid for one calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and is always automatically extended by one year.
Membership can be terminated in writing with a minimum notice period of three months to the end of a calendar year.
As a non-profit association, we can issue donation receipts.
